| Indoor Track |
The indoor track is 6 feet wide, so that two people can walk, or run, side by side. It takes 20 laps to make a mile, if you stay in the center of the track on the curves. If you walk at a pretty good pace, you can make a lap in one minute, which is perfect to walk or run a lap between sets of weight lifting. The track borders the main floor with the exercise equipment inside the track. Therefore, it is easy to incorporate other exercises into the track like doing lunges around the track, carrying a medicine ball over your head and walking laps, jumping rope, etc. |
